The Grande Taverne offers a full bar with extensive wine list. After dinner, the Intrigue Theater will present The Illusionist and the Medium show at 8:00pm. Featuring Sean-Paul and Juliane Fay, experience a night of mystery and intrigue. The illusions performed in this show will leave you on the edge of your seat. For an activity for you and your loved one to enjoy together, culinary instructor Karen Gros offers hands on cooking classes once a month in her home. Just in time for Valentine’s weekend on Saturday, February 15th, the menu for the class will include roasted and glazed winter squash with browned butter, sage and pumpkin seeds, spiced soup with homemade crème fraiche and opera cake with coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache. Hands on classes are $45 per person and for an additional $5 per person, a glass of wine will be paired with the main dish.
Also taking place on February 15th, the 10th Annual Chocolate Lovers Festival is back for another year. Bring your sweetheart down to enjoy an afternoon sampling some of the area’s finest cakes, cookies, ice creams and more. The Chocolate Lovers Festival has been chosen as the second-best attraction for Valentine’s Day in Arkansas. Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children six and under. Funds from this event benefit non-profit organization in Eureka Springs and in Southwest Missouri.
